Inspired by steel-capped workboots, sharp-cornered rubber toe-caps extend far beyond the welt of Joyce’s outsole for an assertive statement finish. The ultra-thin curved heel stands in opposition to this angularity, sitting just below a rear loop with contrast edging. Toying playfully with the archetypal thong, Joyce’s loop straps are formed from beige wave-effect rubber – colour-matching the beige contrast stitching on her memory foam insoles. Joyce is complete with vegetable tan cow leather lining for enhanced breathability, plus a rubber heel cap and detailing rubber outsole to protect her vegetable tan cow leather sole.
